I help adults identify and heal childhood trauma that may be contributing to feeling stuck or difficulties in relationships and life. By improving interpersonal skills and social functioning, I support people in enhancing their emotional well-being and relationships.

I also have a deep passion for working with children and families to address trauma early in life. I love coaching parents and caregivers to strengthen emotional connections with their children, and supporting young mothers and their infants. My work often focuses on the roots of trauma, including those embedded in intergenerational patterns and narratives.

My other specialties include anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, social skills training, parenting concerns, life transitions, attachment issues, family conflict, relationships and marriage, abuse, spirituality, and multicultural concerns.
